Founded in May 2022, Zhejiang Kangyu Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. is a factory-direct manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, and sale of premium, fully vehicle-specific TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) eco-friendly car floor mats - each mat engineered to match the exact contours of a specific make and model, rather than mass-produced universal fit. For select models and customization needs, we also produce mats using female-mold vacuum forming, giving us the flexibility to cover a broader range of vehicle-specific requirements while maintaining the same fit standards.
Injection molding complements our core process for component parts such as edge trims and fixing clips, ensuring every detail of the mat - not just the main panel - meets the same durability standard.
