3D Scanning & Data Modeling
Scanning original vehicle data to precisely capture the contours of each specific model, providing an accurate data foundation for true vehicle-specific customization.
Panel & Pattern Design
From plain panel design to pattern drafts, refinement, and multi-round review, ensuring every product balances aesthetics with functionality.
Mold Development
Using CNC engraving equipment to precision-machine aluminum alloy molds, our team specializes in vacuum-forming male molds.
Sampling & Trial Verification
Producing TO samples for real-vehicle trial installation to confirm a perfect fit before mass production.
This team drives our standardized 15-step product customization process, from initial demand connection through to batch production - with dedicated staff following through at every stage, forming the backbone of our OEM/ODM customization capabilities.
Quality Control Team - 6 Members
Our 6-member dedicated quality control team oversees the full inspection cycle - Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):
Strict inspection of incoming raw materials to control quality from the source
On-site process inspection across injection molding, vacuum forming, trimming, and assembly
Final inspection of dimensional accuracy and appearance defects (e.g., short shots, bubbles) before shipment
Coordination with third-party testing bodies (SGS, DTi) to ensure product compliance
Digital Collaboration
Beyond our R&D and QC teams, Kangyu runs an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to coordinate financial, material, warehouse, and order management across departments - improving information flow, reducing human error, and keeping delivery schedules reliable.
