MOQ: 10 Sets per Vehicle Model
Our minimum order quantity is 10 sets per vehicle model. The same standard applies to every product line, so you do not need to work out separate thresholds for different mat types. One set means a complete front and rear row set. The MOQ applies to all vehicle models for which we already have molds.
This lets buyers test a new market or add models to an existing range without committing to large volumes.

Lead Time: From Stock Orders to Custom Development
Delivery depends on whether your order uses stock goods, an existing mold or a new mold. Our large spot warehouse and in-house production support both quick restocking and custom programs.
Order Type Lead Time Small-batch stock orders 3–5 days Large-batch stock orders 7–15 days Standard customization 7–15 days Complex mold-development customization 40 days to shipment (mold development takes about 20 days) The 3–5 day window applies to products that are currently in stock. For complex mold-development projects, the 40 days is counted to the point the goods leave our factory.
Sampling Time
- Existing mold: 3–7 days
- No existing mold: 40 days
Because we hold molds for a wide range of domestic and international vehicle models, many sampling requests can use an existing mold and move faster.
