Male-mold vacuum forming as the core process
In the male-mold (convex mold) process, the heated TPE sheet is vacuum-formed directly against the mold surface. That contact reproduces the mold geometry faithfully, gives sharper A-surface edges and allows localized texture work. It is our recommended process for high-end vehicles and for volume programs.
Mold-based fitment, validated on the vehicle
Tooling starts from 3D scan data of the original vehicle. Scan data is compared across production batches, and shrinkage ratio and fit tolerance are factored in. Final validation is by repeated real-vehicle trial fitting.
Three molding processes under one roof
Beyond male-mold vacuum forming, we run female-mold vacuum forming and injection molding, so process selection can follow your price tier and positioning. Injection-molded mats show sharp detail on both faces; female-mold mats offer a stable, high-yield route for cost-controlled programs.
Single-layer TPE standard, two-layer carpet-top upgrade
The standard product is a single-layer TPE mat. A two-layer version adds a polyester velour top layer for a cabin-matching look, moisture absorption and sound damping, over a waterproof TPE base.
Source-controlled supply chain
Pellet storage, sheet processing, forming, trimming, assembly, inspection, custom packaging and logistics are all handled in-house. Sheet is produced in-house from our own formulation, and new, unused TPE material is used.
