Subaru Outback All Weather Floor Liners | Custom-Fit TPE, 2020–2025 | Kangyu Factory
Kangyu manufactures Subaru Outback all weather floor liners as vehicle-specific TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) sets for the 2020–2025 model years. We are a source factory, not a trading intermediary, so distributors, marketplace sellers, dealership accessory programs and private-label importers buy directly from the plant that tools the molds and forms the product.
Each set is a 3-piece configuration: driver, front passenger, and a one-piece rear liner that covers the full rear floor, including the center hump. The liners are built from the original vehicle's scanned data and are molded to the footwell geometry, with raised perimeter walls that contain water, mud, snow and debris. The molds are already in production, so the liners are in stock in both left-hand-drive (LHD) and right-hand-drive (RHD) versions.
For Outback buyers, the Outback's all-road, all-weather use is the main source of floor contamination and return risk. A liner that does not fit the footwell, or that curls, slips or carries a chemical odor, creates returns and reviews. Our production approach is designed to remove those risks at the source.
Key Advantages
Male-mold vacuum forming, our core process
In male-mold forming, the TPE sheet is heated, drawn by vacuum over the mold, and cooled. The A-face (the visible top surface) contacts the mold directly and reproduces its geometry, giving sharper edges and more defined surface texture. This is the process we recommend for high-volume Outback programs because it combines surface definition with production efficiency.
Full-coverage, scan-based fitment
The molds are developed from 3D scans of the original vehicle, then validated through repeated real-vehicle trial fitting. Our engineers scan multiple production batches of the same model and use the median value, since factory data can vary between builds. Fitment allowances and material shrinkage are accounted for in the data.

Odor-free, environmentally friendly TPE
The liners use environmental-grade, virgin (unused) TPE, and the material is recyclable. Our sheet is produced with our own formulation, so material quality is controlled from the raw pellet stage.
Anti-slip, wear-resistant, weather-stable
TPE gives a high-friction, water-resistant surface that is easy to clean. In our factory testing and production experience, the material resists deformation and fading under sun exposure and does not become brittle in low temperatures.
Three forming processes under one roof
Beyond male-mold vacuum forming, we also run female-mold vacuum forming and injection molding. This lets us advise on cost and positioning: male-mold or injection for premium and volume programs, female-mold where cost control is the priority.
Private-label and packaging flexibility
Logo customization, neutral or branded packaging, and a bulk custom-color program are available, so Outback sets can be positioned under your own brand.

Application Scenarios

- Wholesale distribution and auto parts importers adding a verified Outback SKU with stock availability and low MOQ.
- E-commerce and marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay, independent stores) who need accurate fitment to protect listing quality and reduce wrong-model returns.
- Independent car-accessory brands launching or extending a private-label Outback line.
- Dealership and 4S accessory programs offering a dealer-fit all-weather package.
- Fleet and rental operators managing cleaning cycles, resale condition and interior protection on Outback vehicles.
- Regional markets using both LHD and RHD, supplied from one source for both versions.

Why Choose Kangyu
Source factory with proven scale
Zhejiang Kangyu Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022 and operates a 30,000 m² production base with an annual capacity of approximately 2,000,000 sets. The mold library covers 800+ vehicle models, supported by more than RMB 5 million invested in R&D and tooling each year. The team includes over 100 employees, with 15 dedicated R&D staff and 6 quality-control personnel.
Full in-house supply chain
Production runs from plastic pellets to sheet, forming, trimming, assembly, inspection and custom packaging, all within our own system. Sheet is made from our own formulation, so material consistency does not depend on outside sheet suppliers.
Quality management you can audit
We hold IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, along with SGS and RoHS test reports. Quality control covers incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC) and outgoing inspection (OQC). Third-party factory audits are supported by appointment, at the customer's cost.
Real engineering on the floor
Our mold engineers address scan-data variance by sampling several production batches of one model. Our quality engineers treat workshop conditions as a quality factor: in hot summer months, machine settings are adjusted to the environment to protect liner quality. Our process operators judge a good liner by whether surface texture is clear and edges are clean.
Export-ready operations
We supply customers in the United States, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia, and can provide certificate of origin, inspection reports, commercial invoice and packing list. Our plant is approximately 108 km from the nearest port and about 5 km from the nearest airport.
Direct OEM/ODM engagement
Our sales team handles overseas inquiries, order follow-up and trade-show contacts, and our standard development workflow runs from 3D scanning through data collection, mold development, sampling and on-vehicle verification.

FAQ
Q: What Outback model years do these floor liners fit?
A: The current in-stock fitment covers the 2020–2025 model years, as listed in the Technical Specifications table. Please send us your target model year and trim with your inquiry so we can confirm before you order.
Q: How do I choose between single-layer and two-layer Outback floor liners?
A: Single-layer TPE is our standard construction and the best fit for all-weather protection and easy cleaning. The two-layer version adds a polyester carpet top over the TPE base, for buyers who want a more upholstered appearance, additional water absorption and sound dampening.
Q: How are the liners installed and cleaned?
A: They are laid directly into the footwell and positioned to the vehicle's contours, with fixing arrangement matched to the vehicle during mold development and trial fitting. Cleaning requires only rinsing and wiping, as the TPE material is water-resistant.
Q: What is the MOQ and delivery time for in-stock sets?
A: MOQ is 10 sets across all product lines. In-stock sets ship within 3–5 days; custom-color orders take 7–10 days, and new mold tooling takes about 40 days.
Q: Do you offer samples, and what certifications can you provide?
A: Samples are charged at the finished-product price and fully refunded once you place an order. We provide IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificates, plus SGS and RoHS reports.
Q: Can you supply private-label or custom-color Outback liners?
A: Yes. We support logo customization, neutral or branded packaging, and bulk custom-color matching to a color card. For accurate color results we recommend sending a physical sample.
Q: What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
A: Kangyu provides a 6-year warranty and 7×24 customer response. If a wrong model is ordered, we arrange replacement with the correct fitment.
