Kangyu's Ford Edge all weather floor mats are laser-scan-developed, vehicle-specific TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) floor liners for the 2015–2024 Ford Edge. Each set contains three pieces: a driver mat, a passenger mat and a one-piece rear mat with full coverage, including the center hump. Left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive versions are both in stock.

Fitment you can stock with confidence

Our engineers scan the vehicle and compare data from different production batches of the same model, then take a middle value so that small build variations do not leave the mat short or oversized. Mat dimensions allow for installation clearance, interference and material shrinkage, and each design is verified through repeated trial fitting on real vehicles. Fitment mistakes are the most common cause of returns in this category, so this process matters more to your margin than a catalog photo does.

Male-mold vacuum forming as the core process

These liners are produced mainly by male-mold vacuum forming. The TPE sheet is heated, pulled against the mold surface by vacuum and cooled, so the visible face of the mat takes the mold shape and texture directly. This gives sharper edges and clearer surface patterns on the A-face. We also run female-mold vacuum forming (a cost-control option with good yield) and injection molding (sharp detail on both sides), so we can match the process to your price and positioning requirements.

Odorless, recyclable, virgin TPE

The mats are made from environmentally graded virgin TPE, not reclaimed material. They have no noticeable odor in use, resist abrasion, and the material is recyclable. Sheet is produced in-house to our own formulation, which gives us control over the material from the start of the process.

Private-label and bulk-customization ready

Standard color is black. Bulk orders can use custom colors, and a physical sample from the customer is the best reference for accurate color matching. Logo customization and private-label / white-label supply are available, and cartons or wooden pallets can carry your own marking. For neutral packaging, discuss your requirements with our sales team before ordering.

All-weather use conditions Water-repellent TPE and a raised-edge, full-coverage design are suited to rain, wet footwear, mud and everyday spills. The material is waterproof by nature, provides noticeable anti-slip performance and wipes clean, so end customers can rinse the mat instead of replacing it. In factory observation, the TPE does not deform or fade under strong sunlight and does not become brittle in low temperatures.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

 

Kangyu controls the full chain in-house: raw material storage, sheet production, vacuum forming or injection molding, manual trimming, assembly, quality inspection, custom packaging and shipment. Quality control covers incoming material (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC) and outgoing inspection (OQC), with dimensional accuracy, surface defects and odor checked. Production is managed through an ERP system covering materials, warehouse and orders, and the factory runs fully automatic injection and automatic or semi-automatic vacuum forming lines.
