Our Ford Expedition Floor Mats are laser-fitted TPE floor liners for the 2021-2025 Expedition in the 8-seat layout. Each set has four pieces: two for the front row, one for the second-row bench and one for the third row. All four are in stock.
Large three-row SUVs create specific problems for distributors, marketplace sellers and dealership accessory programs. Footwell geometry differs by row, so generic trim-to-fit mats shift and leave gaps. Wrong-model returns are a common cause of exchanges, and the large set size raises freight cost per unit. Male-mold vacuum forming as the core process
The recommended Expedition liner is made by male-mold vacuum forming. The TPE sheet contacts the mould surface directly, so the A-surface reproduces mould detail with crisp edges and clear texture. This process is also our recommendation for large-volume orders. Female-mold forming and injection molding are available for other cost or finish targets (see FAQ).
Full coverage across all three rows
The set is designed to cover the footwell area of each row, including raised edges for containing water, mud and snow. The second-row and third-row pieces are single full-coverage pieces, so there are no seams to collect debris.
Environmental-grade, virgin TPE
Our liners use new, unused environmental-grade TPE with high-temperature-resistant grades available. The material is odor-free, waterproof, wear-resistant and recyclable, and offers clear non-slip performance underfoot. In factory verification the finished product did not deform or fade under sun exposure and did not become brittle at low temperature.
In-stock supply with a fast path to custom
This SKU is ready to ship from existing stock and an existing mould. When you need a private-label or custom-colour variant, our moulds and sample lines support it without new tooling.
Source-factory economics
